  • Comprehensive Support Wiki. Hundreds of solutions to known problems and questions are available in our
    Support Wiki (coming soon).

  • Online access to documentation. We offer extensive online documentation on every aspect of STRIDE.

  • Technical Support. If you require advanced technical support, you can reach us by phone at 760-783-0234 or via email.

  • Onsite Help. Each customer has at least one STRIDE Administrator. This individual has undergone STRIDE training, and is your onsite expert and primary source for support. Your STRIDE Administrator will be able accommodate most of your needs, and he or she has direct access to our technical experts, should an exceptional need arise.
