Philip J. Micciche (Chairman and CEO) has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Oryx since April 1997. From 1993 to 1995, Phil was Chief Executive Officer of AXCIS Information Networks, a provider of sports information data. From 1990 to 1992, Phil was President of Dysan International/Magnetics L.P. and oversaw its initial public offering in Hong Kong in 1991. From 1983 to 1990, he held several executive management positions at Xidex Corp. From 1983 to 1985, Phil was Senior Vice President Marketing at Xidex Magnetics, which merged with Dysan Corp. in 1985. Prior to 1983, Phil held positions as Chief Executive Officer, Vice President of Sales, Product Sales Manager and Chief Engineer for various companies. Phil received his BSEE from Northeastern University in Boston.

Richard Hubbard has more than 23 years of relevant management, corporate finance and investment banking experience. From 1997 to the present, Richard has provided company research to UK-based equity funds such as VMR, HO Fund and Sigma Capital Limited. From 1987 to 1996, Richard acted as a private investor, investing in Private Equity. From 1987 through 1991, Richard acted as the CFO of Paris Eco S.A. after purchasing the majority share. In 1988, he led a joint venture with Citibank Leveraged Buyout Division for the purchase of Ted Lapidus S.A. The majority stake was sold three years later with a return in excess of 1200%. From 1992 through 1996, Richard invested in and served as the CFO of Acomex, a company that marketed and distributed VideoPlus, which was sold to four out of every five households in the United Kingdom.

Andrew Intrater is CEO and Senior Managing Partner of Columbus Nova and serves on the Executive and Investment Committees for Columbus Nova. Prior to Columbus Nova, Mr. Intrater served for 15 years as President and Chief Operating Officer of Oryx Technology Inc., a scientific test equipment and advanced materials design and manufacturing company, headquartered in San Jose, CA. While at Oryx, he led the company's 1994 IPO and oversaw two strategic acquisitions, including the purchase of Zenith's power converter division. Mr. Intrater is still a major shareholder and serves as a member of their Board of Directors.

In his role as head of Columbus Nova's private equity effort, he completed a $51-million equity/debt investment in 2005 for a controlling stake in Moscow CableCom, the Moscow-based broadband MSO. He served as Chairman of the Board of this NASDAQ-listed company help realizing a gain of over 250% in share price before the company was sold to the controlling shareholder.

Mr. Intrater also serves on the Board of Directors for White Energy, Inc., a leading ethanol producer in the U.S. Mr. Intrater completed his B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the Rutgers University College of Engineering and graduate studies in Materials Science at the Columbia University School of Mines.

Jim Tozer is an active venture investor and the President of Vectra Management Group, a real estate investment firm focused on Utah and Manhattan. He has formerly served as President of Prudential-Bache Securities, a Senior Vice President of Citibank and as a Senior Executive Vice President of Shearson Hayden Stone and, subsequently, of Marine Midland Bank. He was a founding investor and director of LendingTree. He holds a BA from Trinity College (where he is currently a trustee), and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
